This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information collected by AirFire Tactical, with whom information may be shared, how that information may be used, and your choices about disclosures and uses. By accessing or using our website, located at http://localhost/AFT (the “Website” or “site”), you agree to the policies outlined in this document.

Information collected and how it is collected:

Automatically collected data:

When you use AirFire Tactical’s website, we automatically collect and store certain information about your computer and/or mobile device and your activities.

This information includes:

  • Mobile Device ID. Your device’s unique ID number (IMEI, AD ID, etc.).
  • If you have location services enabled, we may record your device’s geographic location (GPS).
  • Device Information/Specifications. Technical data about the devise you are using to connect to our website (e.g., type of device, web browser or operating system, IP address, etc.). This information is used to administer the site, prevent fraud, analyze trends, track visitor movement, and to gather user’s demographic information.
  • Usage Information. The length of time you spend on the site, the manner you use AirFire Tactical, which products you research, features you use, and any content that you visit. This includes browsing and search history. We link your account information with your activity on AirFire Tactical across all your devices using your email, phone number, or similar information.
  • We and our and partners use “cookies” to keep track of information while you are on the AirFire Tactical website. “Cookies” are small files placed on your computer that allow us to keep track of the number of people that visit our site. They also help us distinguish repeat visitors from new ones. By utilizing cookies we are able to save user preferences, track trends, and provide you with advertisements that are in line with your likes and preferences. Our website also utilizes session and persistent cookies. Session cookies expire at the end of your visit, while persistent cookies (also known as stored cookies) remain active until you disable them through your browser, or until a pre-set expiration date. Cookies are needed for the proper operation of the AirFire Tactical website. If your browser is set to reject cookies, AirFire Tactical may not function properly.
  • Web Beacons. Also known as “clear gifs” and “pixel tags,” web beacons are small transparent graphic images that are used in conjunction with cookies. This tool allows us to personalize the user experience for visitors of our site. AirFire Tactical may also use web beacons in company emails. This provides important marketing data, such as whether an email has been opened or acted upon.

Information we obtain from other sources:

Facebook. When you register your account, you may be asked to sign in using your Facebook credentials. If you choose to do so, you are authorizing us to access and process certain Facebook information. This can include information about you and your Facebook friends who might be common Facebook friends with other AirFire Tactical users. By allowing this access, you understand that we may obtain and process certain information from your Facebook account. This information may include, but is not limited to your name, birthday, email address, education, and work history.

Third-Party Services. We utilize analytics and data monitoring software. We may receive personal information about you and your browsing habits through these tools.

Other users. Through customer support inquiries and online forms, users of AirFire Tactical’s website may provide us with personal information about you.

Information provided by you:

Information You Provide to Us. When you register for an AirFire Tactical account, you must provide certain information, including your username and password, e-mail address, zip code, birthday, gender, and gender preference. By providing AirFire Tactical with this information, you explicitly consent to our use of it. When using AirFire Tactical, you may also provide credit card information (where required for the purpose of payment). By placing an order through the AirFire Tactical website, you are agreeing that we can securely store this information.

Referring Your Colleagues, Friends, and Family. We encourage you to refer people to AirFire Tactical by sending us their e-mail addresses or phone numbers. We will keep this information in our database, and enable you to send these friends a one-time e-mail or text message from your device containing your name and inviting them to visit the Website. This e-mail will also include instructions on how to opt out and unsubscribe from our e-mail list. You agree that you will not abuse this feature by entering the e-mail addresses or phone numbers of those individuals who would not be interested in AirFire Tactical.

E-mails. We require a valid e-mail address from you when you register an AirFire Tactical account. We use your e-mail for both “administrative and “promotional” purposes. E-mail messages we send you may contain codes that enables our database to track your usage of the e-mails, including whether the e-mail was opened and what links (if any) were clicked. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails and other promotional communications from us at any time via the opt-out links provided in such communications, or by e-mailing us directly at notifications@localhost with your specific request. However, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to AirFire Tactical such as service announcements, security alerts, update notices, or other administrative messages without providing you with an opportunity to option out of receiving such correspondence.

Text Messages. We require a telephone number in order to process any orders. By providing your number you consent to AirFire Tactical calling you and texting you. This includes text messages via an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Online Survey Data. We may occasionally conduct voluntary surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in such surveys because they provide us with important information on how we can improve AirFire Tactical.

How we use the information

Under the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may utilize information we collect from you for the following business purposes:

  1. Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
  2. Provide communications to you about AirFire Tactical and related offers, promotions, advertising, news, upcoming events, and other information we think will be of interest to you;
  3. Analyze and monitor usage, trends,and activities;
  4. Investigate and prevent illegal activities, such as fraud;
  5. Maintain and improve the overall business of AirFire Tactical;
  6. Where we have a legitimate interest in doing so, for example, direct marketing, research (including marketing research), network and information security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our terms, conditions and policies or defending against legal claims; and
  7. For any purposes pursuant to your consent or disclosed to you at the time we collect your information.

Sharing Your Information

The information we collect is used to improve the overall quality of AirFire Tactical. We will not share your personal information with other parties except: (a) to fulfil orders, (b) when we have your permission, (c) or due to one of the following reasons:

Service Providers and Business Partners. We may share your information with third-party service providers and partners that help us accomplish certain business goals. These can include, but is not limited to, analytics and marketing firms, technology and security providers, advertising media partners, and banks and payment processors.

Legal Disclosures. AirFire Tactical may disclose information without notice and/or consent from you in the following circumstances: (a) in response to a subpoena, court order, government demand, or other legal request; (b) to investigate and/or report illegal activity; or (c) to enforce our rights and defend legal claims. We may also transfer your information to (a) any corporate affiliate or (b) other company in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, sale of company assets, financing due diligence, or in the event of bankruptcy.

Aggregate Data. We may group or de-identify any information described in this Privacy Policy.  Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you access third-party services, such as Facebook to login to AirFire Tactical, these third-party services may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity on AirFire Tactical, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use. This would be governed by their privacy policies.

AirFire Tactical does not sell your personal data to third parties. However, AirFire Tactical does permit third parties to collect the information described above and we share this personal information with third parties for business purposes as described in this document. This includes, but not limited to, providing advertising based on users’ online activities. This includes activities across different sites, services, and devices (“interest-based advertising”). We are not responsible for the information practices of these third-parties and they are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Updating or Removing Account Information

You may review or edit your AirFire Tactical account profile by logging into your user account. If you would like to delete your account information, you can do so by deactivating your account and then permanently deleting your account. Although you have consented to our use of your information, you also may withdraw this consent by emailing notifications@localhost.

Individual Rights in the European Economic Area

If you are a user located in the European Economic Area, you may seek confirmation regarding whether AirFire Tactical is processing personal information about you, request access to your information and request that we delete, correct, amend, or restrict processing of your personal information. In addition, you may object to AirFire Tactical’s processing of your personal information at any time. However doing so may impact your use of AirFire Tactical.

If applicable law provides you the right to request access to, (receive) port, object to or restrict processing, seek rectification or request erasure of personal information held about you by AirFire Tactical, you may do so, as applicable, through the controls in the AirFire Tactical application or by contacting AirFire Tactical by sending an e-mail to us at info@AirFire Tactical.com. To protect your privacy, AirFire Tactical will endeavor to take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your personal information.

Although AirFire Tactical makes good faith efforts to provide users with access to their personal information, there may be circumstances in which AirFire Tactical is unable to provide said access. This can including but not limited to: legally privilege information, data that would or could compromise others’ privacy and/or rights, where the expense and/or burden of providing access would be greater than the risks to the individual’s privacy, where the request is excessive and/or unfounded, or where the data requested commercially proprietary.

Third Party Sites

AirFire Tactical’s site may contain links to third-party websites and services. If you click on one of these links, you will be directed to that party’s website and/or service. Our link to a website or service is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We are not able to control third-party services or websites, and these third parties may collect data, place cookies or other files on your computer, or solicit your personal information. These services and websites have separate rules regarding the disclosure and use of any personal information you submit. To understand how these third parties can use information you provide, we encourage you to read their privacy policies or statements.

Data Retention

AirFire Tactical will retain any personal information we receive from you as described in this policy for as long as you use our services. We may also retain this information for the length of time that is required to provide our services to you, fulfill the purpose(s) for which we collected the information, establish legal defesnes, resolve any disputes, complete audits, pursue any legitimate businesses purposes, comply with applicable laws, or enforce our agreements.

Securing Your Personal Information

At AirFire Tactical, we take all necessary steps to ensure that any information you provide to us is kept secure and treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the Internet can never be 100% guaranteed as secure, and therefore we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided to us. We do not accept liability for any unintentional disclosure of information.

By providing your personal information to AirFire Tactical, you agree that we many electronically communicate with you regarding privacy, security, and administrative issues related to your use of our site/services. If we learn of a breach in a security system, we may attempt to electronically notify you by posting a notice on AirFire Tactical’s website or sending you an e-mail. In some circumstances, you may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing.

Your Choices

Many browsers allow you to disable or refuse cookies by adjusting your settings. Since browsers differ from one another, please check the instructions for your specific browser. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete cookies, some of the functionality of AirFire Tactical may no longer be available to you. Without having access to this information, we may not able to provide you with all the services you request. This means that differences in the services you receive could be related to this decision to not refuse or disable cookies.

To manage third-party advertising preferences, you can use the choices available at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and www.aboutads.info/choices. These apply for some of the third-party providers we work with.

Some mobile devices include a feature that allows users to opt out of some types of targeted advertising (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS and “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads” on Android).

Most all devices allow you to switch off your GPS location information functionality. You should disable GPS tracking if you do wish to share your location.

Some browsers transmit “do-not-track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because browsers can function differently, it is not always clear whether the user intended for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they are aware of them. We do not currently take any form of action in response to DNT signals.

California Residents

California residents may, in accordance with applicable law, request deletion of, access to, and portability of your information. You can also also request to learn more about our information practices. For purposes of this policy, “California resident” and “personal information” have the same definitions as they do in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”). Personal information does not include aggregated or de-idenitified information, information that is available publicly in government records, or certain information excluded from CCPA’s scope.

Right to Access

You can access most of your AirFire Tactical information by logging into your AirFire Tactical user account. You can also inquire about the information we have collected over the past twelve (12) months. This request is subject to applicable laws and verification procedures. Details can include:

  • What information we have collected about you,
  • The sources from which we collected this information,
  • The purpose for our collection of your information, or for any sale of information, if applicable
  • The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your information.

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete any information we have collected about you. This is subject to applicable law and verification procedures. Information that cannot be deleted request that we delete any personal information we have collected about you, subject to a number of exceptions, including, but not limited to, if the information is necessary to:

  • Complete your purchase and/or transaction;
  • Provide you with goods or services;
  • Perform or complete a contract between us;
  • Protect your security and to prosecute individuals or groups responsible for breaching it;
  • Fix system issues and/or errors;
  • Protect the First Amendment rights of you or other;
  • Be in compliance with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et seq.);
  • Engage in peer-reviewed or public research that adheres to all applicable privacy and ethics laws;
  • Comply with a legal obligation; or
  • Make other lawful uses of the information that are compatible within the context it was provided.

If you wish to request deletion of your information, please contact us at notifications@localhost. You can also delete data on your own, for example, this can be done by permanently deleting your AirFire Tactical user account.

Verification Procedures

To protect the privacy of your information, we are required to verify your request. Your request must clearly outline what you are asking for and must contain sufficient details that allows us to understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to have your request submitted by an authorized agent. To designate an authorized agent, please select an agent that is registered with the Secretary of State of your state and provide us with evidence that your agent has an executed Power of Attorney or that the agent has valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf.

Nondiscrimination

AirFire Tactical does not and will discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights and choices.

“Shine the Light” requests

Once a year you can submit a request to obtain a list of all third parties, if any, to which we have disclosed any of your information to. If you would like to do so, please contact privacy@AirFireTactical.com. All requests must be sent via email and must have “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line. You must also include your name and full address. Please be aware that we can only accept requests via email and are not responsible for inquires that are not labeled or sent properly or that do not have all of the required information.

Using AirFire Tactical outside the United States

By accessing our website, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed globally. This included the United States of America where our servers are located and our central database is maintained. Your further understand and agree that your information may be shared with third parties. Where and when required by law, international transfers of personal information will be supported by an adequacy mechanism.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We occasionally update our policies. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, AirFire Tactical will notify you by email or as otherwise required by applicable law. When changes are made to our Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the page. We encourage you to check our Website regularly to keep yourself updated of any changes in this Policy or any of our other policies.
